Mrs. Walker presented trophies such as this to the top employees in recognition of hard work and dedication in selling and marketing her company’s hair and beauty products.

Let Your Motto Be Resistance is currently on view at the Louisiana State Museum in New Orleans and will travel to the California African American Museum in Los Angeles on June 23, 2008.
