NBA Hall of Famer Kareem Abdul-Jabbar will discuss his latest book entitled, Becoming Kareem: On and Off the Court. The author will explore his effort to establish his life purpose and identity. Written especially for young readers, Becoming Kareem chronicles how Kareem Abdul-Jabbar became the icon and legend he is today, both on and off the court. Former NBA player, Activist and Author; Etan Thomas will moderate the discussion. NMAAHC’s Curator of Sports, Damion Thomas will also join conversation.
