Venue: African American History and Culture Museum Event Location: Concourse Level Chef Carla Hall will sign copies of her new book, Carla Hall's Soul Food: Everyday and Celebration. In the book, Chef Hall takes us back to her own Nashville roots to offer a fresh, lip-smackin’ look at America’s favorite comfort cuisine and traces soul food’s history from Africa and the Caribbean to the American South. Copies of the book will be available for purchase courtesy of Smithsonian Enterprises.
