About this Event
Hometown Treasures, a Save Our African American Treasures program, will be hosted in the historic Five Points District by the Blair-Caldwell African American Research Library and Black American West Museum & Heritage Center in Denver, Colorado.

Register to attend a one-on-one session with preservation specialists and receive a professional review of your family treasures and heirlooms.  Attendees will gain insight on the historical significance of their items and best practices for preservation.

Visitors are also invited to attend an Expo, presentations, and museum tours.

Note: Registrants can bring no more than three items for review.  Items reviewed in the past have included papers, photographs, books, quilts, uniforms, dresses, ephemera and collectibles.
