When They Call You a Terrorist: A Black Lives Matter Memoir – “From one of the co-founders of the Black Lives Matter movement comes a poetic memoir and reflection on humanity”. Co-authors Patrisse Cullors and asha bandele will be joined in conversation by award winning journalist, Michel Martin of NPR as they discuss the motivating factors that lead to the emergence of the Black Lives Matter movement. Copies of the book will be available for sale and signing courtesy of Smithsonian Enterprises. Registration for this program will open on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 9:00am.
