During the month of February, the Sweet Home Café will bring families and friends together to celebrate African American history and culture through food and hospitality. Every Friday from 12:00pm – 3:00pm, and extending into the weekends, Sweet Home Café will feature special menu takeovers by select chefs from across the country. These chefs will tell stories from their heritage through the exquisite menus they curate and execute in the Sweet Home Café kitchen.  

Visit Sweet Home Café to enjoy a special menu curated by Bravo TV’s Top Chef Season 15 finalist Chris Scott. Chef Scott has over 30 years of professional experience and is known for his signature soul food dishes with a twist. Copies of his James Beard Award nominated cookbook Homage will be available for sale courtesy of Smithsonian Enterprises.
