In the letter Lewis praises both Sullivan and Easton's band. The envelope (2013.46.29.98b) has a return address that looks like letterhead [JAZZology Records/3008 WADSWORTH MILLS PLACE/DECATUR, GEORGIA 30032/U.S.A]. At the center is the recipient written in ink [Mrs. Maxine Sullivan/818 Ritter Place/Bronx, N.Y. 10459]. In the upper right corner is a cancelled twenty (20) cent stamp. The cancellation stamp is from Atlanta, Georgia [ATLANTA, GA 303/PM/24 MAY/1983].
