An elaborate fountain in a park. At the top of the fountain is a long-haired woman wearing a long toga draped over her proper right shoulder that flows behind her as though wind-swept. She stands on a mass of swirling waves in the midst of a large bowl with flower swags tied with bows, shells, and an inscription adorning the edge. The bowl is supported on four sides by four dolphins that rest on their bellies with their tails curved up behind them. Water spouts out of the dolphins' mouths. The basin for the fountain contains a scallop-shape in each corner, each with a planter on the edge.
