An instrument cleaning snake and its container. The cleaning snake (2013.46.29.1.3a) is made of flexible spring wire with a black nylon bristle brush on one end. The plastic case (2013.46.29.13b) for a cleaning snake. The case has a blue base and a clear, hinged lid that snap together at the front. Gold text on the lid reads: [MICRO / CORNET OR TRUMPET CLEANER / NO. 7315]. The number  was written in black marker on the left third of the lid.
Black vinyl case with metal clasp left of the handle. Two (2) locking clasps on either end of the top. Trimmed in white on outside. Interior lined with black fuzzy synthetic fabric and padded depressions where the bass rests. Compartment at the front left that snaps closed. Attached to the lid of the compartment is a metal plaque with the manufacturer information. Spare set of keys found in baggie in the compartment inside the case.
A hard-sided Olds Ambassador cornet case. The exterior is covered with brown leather with a metal plaque attached on the front. The plaque has a large [O] at the top, above the word [OLDS]. The case's edges are rounded and covered with dark brown leather bumper strips. It has a brown plastic handle and two lockable metal latches. The interior is lined with red plush and is molded to hold a trumpet and mouthpiece with a cavity underneath for additional material. A piece of yellow paper is taped above the handle. [A07468-3 / trumpet] is written on it in pencil.
