- Black, yellow, and green Adidas brand long-sleeved track jacket with a graphic printed design on the back depicting two men in a beach setting. The word "KINGSTON" is embroidered in gold outlined in black along the shoulders of the back. On the front waist triangles of green outlined in yellow are sewn to meet in the middle, mimicking the Jamaican national flag. The Adidas logo is embroidered in yellow on the proper right front chest. The letter K in green is superimposed over the letter J in gold embroidery on the proper left front chest. The jacket closes up the center front with a silver metal zipper. The sleeves each have three (3) yellow stripes sewn down them from the neck to the wrist. The wrists of the sleeves and the hem of the jacket are made of stretchy ribbed knit material. There are two (2) exterior inset pockets, one at each front waist with the opening sewn along the side seam. The front and sleeves of the jacket are not lined, while the back is lined with black semi-transparent stretch fabric. There is a green hanger loop at the interior center back neck above an Adidas brand tag with a size tag below it. There are two additional tags at the interior proper left side seam near the hem with manufacturer's information and fiber content.

- A pair of track shoes worn by Jackie Joyner-Kersee. The shoes are white with three vertical, orange stripes on the outside of each shoe. At the center of the tongue of the shoe is an orange box with the Adidas logo in black at center. The heel of the shoe is blue and also has the Adidas logo in white. The laces of the shoes are white. The shoes have plastic treads with six metal spikes screwed into the bottom. The left shoe is inscribed at on top by the toe of the shoe with "Olympic Trials" in black marker. - A pair of white Run-D.M.C. Adidas shoes (.1ab), a pair of black fat shoelaces (.2ab), a pair of white shoelaces (.3ab), and the original shoebox with lid (.4ab).
- .1ab: A pair of Run-D.M.C. limited edition white shell-top Adidas shoes with black detailing. The toe cap and outer soles are made of white rubber. The vamp, tongue, and heel cap of the uppers are made of white textured leather. There are three (3) black leather stripes on each side vamp with perforations in the white leather between the stripes. There is a single black leather stripe on the center back heel and an additional black leather panel around the top of the heel with the Adidas logo printed in white at the center back of this panel. Printed at the top of the tongue in black are the words "RUN / DMC" between two (2) red lines, with the Adidas logo in black beneath the bottom-most red line. The innersole is faced with white leather and the same text as that on the tongue is printed near the heel of the innersole. The Run-D.M.C. text with red lines is also printed at the top interior tongue, with the letters "JMJ" printed in white inside the top red line and the word "4EVER" printed in white inside the bottom red line. A size and style tag is sewn to the interior tongue below the Run-D.M.C. design. Wide white elastic bands are attached to the sides of the tongue and then around the insole so that they do not show from the exterior, allowing the shoes to be worn without laces in the style popularized by Run-D.M.C.

- .4ab: A shoebox (a) and lid (b) with a black background and white detailing. On each long side of the box are three white stripes oriented diagonally near the right facing edge, with the Adidas logo printed in white in the bottom left facing corner. The stripes on the box match up with stripes printed diagonally across the lid. On one short side of the box the phrase: "THE BRAND WITH THE 3 STRIPES" is printed in white in English, German, and French. On the other short side of the box is a sticker with style and sizing information printed on it. There is a small round hole in the bottom left facing corner of this side. An international shoe size chart and an international legend with various symbols and definitions related to shoe materials and parts are printed in white on the bottom of the box. The short sides of the lid have the Adidas logo printed in white at the center. The top of the lid has the three diagonal stripes printed on it as well as the "RUN / DMC" text in white with a red line above and below printed in the bottom left facing corner.

- A Team USA white, red, and, blue, Olympic track suit worn by Briana Scurry during the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. The track suit is made by Adidas and consists of a jacket and pants.
- 2015.58.4.1: The jacket is predominantly white, with blue sleeves and red trim. An Adidas logo appears on the proper right corner of the chest. A 2004 US Olympic Team logo appears on the proper left corner of the chest. The logo is a circular laurel wreath with [USA] and the Olympic rings in the center and [TEAM 2004] underneath. At the mid-section the fabric overhangs and a netted opening is underneath the flap. A zipper runs the length of the center of the jacket with a zipper pull at both the top and the bottom of the jacket. The sleeves have red and white stripes on the side and a flap that reveals some of the interior netted lining. The proper left sleeve has a circular gold button that has the Olympic rings at the center, above the cuff on the back of the sleeve. The back of the jacket is predominantly white. A larger 2004 US Olympic Team logo appears on the center of the back of the jacket. An American flag appears on back of collar. At the mid-section the fabric overhangs and a netted opening is underneath the flap. The interior has a netted lining and tags. The tag found at the collar indicates the jacket's size and maker. The other tags on the interior side include manufacturing information and care instructions. There is also a patch on the interior that reads: [2004 U.S. Olympic TEAM / We salute you, the participant, as you represent our country in Greece, the birthplace of the Olympic games]. The patch also includes the US Olympic Team logo, the Adidas logo and a place to put the owner's name.
- 2015.58.4.2: The pants are predominantly dark blue, with red and white vertical stripes at sides. The proper right pant leg has a white Adidas logo on the front. The proper left pant leg has a white US Olympic Team logo on the front. The proper left hip has a circular gold button that has the Olympic rings at the center, identical to the button on the proper left sleeve of the jacket. Each pant leg has a zipper that runs from the bottom of the pant to about mid-calf on the back. There is a CLIMACOOL logo on the back of the proper left side of the pant, below the waistband. The interior has netted lining and a tag with size and maker. There is a [1] written in hand in marker in the lower right of the tag.

- This gray short-sleeved, V-neck jersey for the NBA Brooklyn Nets was worn by Jason Collins and signed by his teammates from the 2013-2014 roster. The jersey is made from silvery grey polyester with perforated patterns for breathability throughout the fabric. The neck opening is trimmed in blue polyester fabric with a thin white stripe. Stripes of blue polyester fabric run down each side from the underarm to the hem. There is a 4 1/2-inch long vent at each front side. Patches of blue fabric are sewn across the center front chest of the jersey reading "BROOKLYN / 98". An NBA logo patch is adhered to the jersey at the proper left shoulder between the neck and the sleeve. Two manufacturer's labels are sewn at the proper left front just above the hem. Both labels contain the NBA logo and the one on the proper left side also contains the Adidas logo. On the back of the jersey just below the neck is a circular white patch with black embroidered lines like a basketball and a large letter "B" in the center, which is the Brooklyn Nets logo. Across the center back shoulders are patches of blue fabric sewn to the shirt reading "COLLINS / 98". Surrounding the blue patches are the signatures of the 2013-2014 Brooklyn Nets team in black ink. Jason Collins signed the jersey in silver ink inside the number "9" patch. The jersey is not lined. There is a size tag at the interior center back neck and a style, size, fiber content, and care tag sewn into the proper left side seam near the hem.
