Content includes articles about the Belgian Congo, "The Struggles of The West Indian Masses," "Lynch Chustice in America," and "How The Workers Live in Cameroon," among others. The back of the pamphlet has a depiction of a man breaking a chain and text that encourages readers to share the pamphlet with others.
