A scorecard for the Bobby Jones Golf Course in Atlanta, Georgia. The scorecard folds into thirds, forming a small pamphlet. It is printed on white paper with color images, illustrations, advertisements, and black text. On the front panel of the scorecard is a cityscape image of Atlanta, Georgia at dusk. There are sky rise buildings along the skyline and roads leading into the city in the foreground. A photo credit is printed in white text along the top edge of the panel. The bottom fourth of the front panel is black with white text that reads [Bobby Jones / Golf Course / Atlanta, Georgia / Jim Davey/PGA Golf Professional • Jack C. Delius/General Manager]. To the right of the information is a white illustration of the seal of the City of Atlanta, Bureau of Parks & Recreation, with the name of the bureau printed in a circle around an illustration of a tree. The back and center exterior panels is an advertisement for Chevron. The back panel is white with black text with the tag line [We’re not a / filling station, / we’re a / service station.] followed by a paragraph of text. At the bottom of the back panel is the Chevron logo to the left of the text [Standard Oil Company]. The left interior panel is a green, illustrated map of the golf course, noting the rules, hazards and boundaries of the course. The center and right interior panels of the pamphlet is the scorecard laid out in a grid. The top row of the grid identifies the hole numbers. Below it are the blue and white tee boxes followed by their respective yardages, men’s par followed by the par per hole, handicap strokes, a [+ 0-] row, ladies’ par followed by the par per hole, and the red tee box followed yardage. Below the grid are blank lines for the user to fill out the [Date], [Scorer], and [Attested]. Below the scorecard grid is a second advertisement for Chevron with an illustration of a Chevron credit card made to look like a suitcase followed by black text to the right. There are no marks on the front, back or interior pages of the scorecard.
