A fountain with three entwined dolphins supporting a boy blowing a horn, set in an octagonal tank. The boy has a nude upper body with a lower body of a curved fish tail and is supported by the dolphins' tails. His head is tilted back. His proper left arm rests on his hip, his proper right hand holding the upraised horn to his mouth. Water spouts from the boy's horn and the dolphins. The tank is decorated with bas-reliefs duplicated on each side. Included is a spiral sun over a rose and phoenix, flanked by a robed figure standing over a mask; a head, a woman with children, and a crown over a knotted, snake-like figure. The entire fountain is mounted upon a short concrete base.
