- The magazine’s content opens on the first page with an untitled editorial note recounting events of the past year, including the failed mayoral campaign of Percy Sutton, affirmative action, and the disappointments of the Carter administration. There is also a masthead, set in white text against a bright blue background reading [DELEGATE, 1977], followed by a table of contents.

- Description
- An Adirondack model 302 M63 baseball bat used by Willie Mays in the 1965 Major League Baseball All-Star Game. The bat is made from white ash and has black writing on side. Black type near center of bat reads, [ADIRONDACK BATS, INC. / Northern / WhiteAsh / Adirondack / 302 / DOLGEVILLE, NEW YORK / MADE IN U.S.A. / Whip Action]. Type near end opposite of handle reads, [ADIRONDACK / Willie Mays / 1965 ALL STARS]. Etched into bottom of bat's handle is the model number [M63].

- Description
- A two-sided poster on glossy paper advertising for a series of events. The title on the front of poster in black type reads: [A Series Of Events / ENDANGERED: / ART AND PERFORMANCE BY MEN OF COLOR]. Underneath the title, there are bullet points with text in black type in two columns providing the name of the featured participant, date and time of the events. The first bullet point reads: [Visiting Video Artist MARLON RIGGS / Thursday & Friday, October 4 & 5, 8 p.m. / ETHNIC NOTIONS & COLOR ADJUSTMENT / Saturday & Sunday, October 6 & 7, 8 p.m. / TONGUES UNTIED, AFFIRMATIONS, & CONFESSIONS OF A SNAP QUEEN]. The background of the poster front is a light purple with slightly darker purple silhouettes of three men. Each silhouette stands in the same position: head up with one hand spread and bent in the front, the other hand is curved behind the back. The proper right leg is bent up with the thigh parallel with ground. The first and third silhouette are cut off on the sides of the poster. - Description
- A dark red Anoka High School letterman jacket worn by Briana Scurry. The jacket is covered in various patches for sports awards in soccer, basketball, and softball. The front of the jacket has [Briana] stitched in script lettering to the upper portion of the proper right chest. Three round patches appear on the proper right side of jacket's front. A round patch directly below the [Briana] stitching, has red type with a picture of a soccer ball inside the outline of the state of Minnesota. Red type in round patch reads: [ALL-STATE / 1987 / ALL-METRO]. A similar round patch appears next to the 1987 patch and has red type that reads: [ALL-STATE / 1988 / ALL-METRO]. A round patch near bottom of the proper right side of front has an image of a soccer ball along with red type that reads: [1988 CONFERENCE CHAMPS / ANOKA / GIRLS SOCCER]. A large white [A] patch is featured on the upper portion of the proper left chest. A patch in the shape of Minnesota appears below the [A] patch. Red type inside of the Minnesota shaped patch reads: [ANOKA / GIRLS SOCCER / 1989 / CHAMPIONS]. Pockets found on each side of the front have a white trim. Seven white button run the vertical length of the center of the jacket. The jacket sleeves are predominantly dark red with a thick white line running vertically down the center of the sleeve. The cuffs of the sleeve are fitted and made out of an elastic material. Each cuff has two white lines running horizontally around the cuff. Both sleeves of the jacket are covered in white patches with red text. The proper left sleeve has the following patches, from top to bottom: [90]; three white bars; [ALL-CONFERENCE / SOCCER '86]; [ALL-CONFERENCE / SOCCER '87]; [ALL-CONFERENCE / SOCCER '88]. The proper right sleeve has the following patches, from top to bottom: soccer ball patch; basketball patch; softball patch; [ALL-CONFERENCE / BASKETBALL '89].
- The back of the jacket has a flap extending from the collar with white type that reads, [Anoka]. The bottom of the jacket is identical to the sleeve cuffs, dark red with two white stripes and made of elastic material.
- The interior of the jacket has a black lining. The interior neck has a tag that has white type that reads: [BUTWIN / The Champion of Jackets / MINNEAPOLIS, MN / MADE IN U.S.A.].
