In the top right of the chest there is a NFL 75th anniversary patch sewn on. The patch has a blue and green background with a  and the NFL logo at center. In the bottom right corner of the front of the jersey, there is a throwback patch. The patch has a depiction of a football player and text that reads: [Throwback / (NFL logo) / Authentic / Nostalgia Co. / Mitchell & Ness / Philadelphia, PA / NFL Players].
