The tie is made of a silk-like material with a “photo image” landscape of haystacks during sunset. A tree with orange and red leaves in autumn is present above the hay stacks, and dark clouds are found towards the top of the tie. A circular logo in the silk-like material on the verso bottom has the text “INDIAN SUMMER / COLOR PHOTO” in white. The tie has been lined with a silky white material and a thicker woven white material. Black ink handwriting on the interior of one of the folds on the verso reads “TUCKER”.
An artists pass attached to a lanyard by a metal clip. The artist pass is white with a light blue graphical drawing that says "PORIJAZZ" and a B&W photo of Ira Tucker. There is a legend on the back defining letter codes and levels of access. The lanyard is green cloth with gray edges bearing the logo for Carlsberg beer. There is a plastic buckle that can be used to separate the steel clip from the lanyard.
Bronze medal bearing the relief image of a treble clef and the words "42ND / ANNUAL / GRAMMY ® / NOMINEE". The raised design and words are polished, while the field has a brushed finish. On the reverse is a relief of a Grammy award, and near the rim appears "NATIONAL ACADEMY OF RECORDING ARTS & SCIENCES". On the medal's edge is stamped "TIFFANY & CO. BRONZE". The medal is attached to a green ribbon.
