Description
Dress and cropped jacket designed by Wesley Tann.
.a The long black, green, rust, and white fitted dress has spaghetti straps and a scoop neckline. It is darted at the bust and there are several vertical seams going down the length of the skirt. There is a horizontal seam below the bust, separating the bodice from the skirt. The dress is mostly black with a green, rust, and white abstract organic pattern. The fabric appears to be poplin fabric, which is cotton with a tight, close weave and a sheen to its appearance. The inside of the dress has a black lining. The vertical seams carry on to the back of the dress. The straps are thinner in the back than they are in the front. There is a partial black zipper going down the center of the back of the dress, with a hook and eye closure above it. There is a slit going part way up the dress, starting at the bottom of the skirt. There are many loose and frayed threads at the bottom of the dress. There are several pulls and loose threads within the bodice and skirt of the dress. There is no manufacturer’s label inside the dress.
.b The cropped jacket is made of the same black, green, rust, and white poplin fabric with the abstract organic pattern. It is a boxy, double-breasted cropped jacket with a notched collar. The jacket has two vertical rows of fabric covered button, and each row has four buttons. There is a vertical, no flap pocket on either side of the jacket below at waist. The collar is folded down in the back, and there are two small slits at the bottom of the back side of the jacket. There are two vertical seams going down the back of the jacket. The inside is lined in black, and there is no manufacturer’s label.
