- Description
- A blue fur felt cloche with a burgundy velvet ribbon and bow. The top of the hat has a flat rounded crown. The hat is made of long fur, possibly angora mohair. The hatband is made of a red velvet ribbon. A large bow made of the same ribbon is stitched to the center front of the hat. The brim of the hat sits close to the face and slopes downwards. The hat’s brim is shorter at the back. The edge of the hat’s brim is turned under to encase a metal wire used for shaping. At the hat’s interior a cotton rayon blended grosgrain ribbon is machine stitched at bottom edge. There is an illegible marking on the hat's interior at the top of the crown.
