- Description
- A black flat hat with flower sequins and beads. The circular hat is crownless and is constructed from a wire encased in fabric. Black self-fabric looped fringe is attached along the circumference of the hat. The loops are adorned with pink flower-shaped plastic sequins with plastic imitation pearl beads. The hat closes in the center back with metal interlocking wires. Black grosgrain ribbon is sewn to the top of the hat and black felt is sewn at the interior.
