- Description
- A light brown knitted angora hat. The knitted brushed angora makes up the body of the hat. The crown and the brim are made of two separate pieces that are stitched together. A light brown petersham ribbon hat band is hand stitched to the base of the crown. At the center back of the hat the ends of the ribbon are joined together. The hat’s brim is short and upturned at the edges. It is supported with an inner paper stiffener. The interior of the hat is lined with white synthetic fabric. An additional panel of white fabric is added to the inside of the top of the crown. A light brown petersham ribbon is machine stitched to the edge of the hat at the interior. There are two labels at the center back of the hat the first reads [REGD KANGOL DESIGN MADE IN ENGLAND] in brown script. The second label reads [MADE IN ENGLAND FOR Woodward & Lothrop] in black script.
