A blue cloche with a matching ribbon and velvet buckle. The hat is made from blocked blue wool. The top of the crown is slightly indented at the center. The hat has a high crown with a blue petersham ribbon hat band secured with adhesive. A decorative metal buckle covered in blue velvet is placed on the proper right side of the hat and is secured with adhesive. A blue petersham ribbon is looped through the buckle with the ends of the ribbon extending towards the back of the hat. The hat's brim is short and fits close to the face. The edge of the brim is folded under and machine stitched down, encasing a metal wire. The inside of the hat is unlined. There is a blue petersham ribbon machine stitched to the inside of the hat at the edge of the crown. A label is stitched at the center back of the hat that reads [MR.
