- Description
- A blue silk dupioni draped turban (a). The exterior of the hat is made from one tube of silk dupioni that is draped around the head, with an interlocking twist knot at the center front. The silk dupioni has tapered edges that are secured at the center back of the hat. There are three hand sewn darts, one at the center back and two at the top of the crown. The drapery across the hat is secured with hemstitching thought the hat which is visible on the interior. The hat is unlabeled and unlined. The hat has a matching hat pin made of metal with a faux pink pearl end (b).
