Description
A cotton patchwork hat with a bow. The hat has a flat crown that fits closely to the top and the sides of the head. Striped fabric and ribbon in blue, red, orange, green, black, and white is used to make the hat's exterior. A self-fabric bow at the center front is hand-stitched to the hat with blue cotton thread. The bow is made of the same striped fabric and ribbon as the hat. The hat flares slightly at the bottom edges and is pointed on the sides. A synthetic grosgrain ribbon is stitched to the interior at the edge of the hat. A plastic hair comb is secured in place with basting stitches at the center back of the hat's interior. The hat is lined with silk organza and is attached with machine stitches.
