- Description
- A blue cap composed of a light blue stiff net understructure. The sides of the hat are covered with nine blue fabric flowers with petals composed of silk acetate and synthetic velvet. Paper pistils painted with a pearl coating are at the center of each flower. The fabric flowers are attached to the hat with adhesive. A wire is sewn along the hat’s bottom edge and is encased with a velvet binding. The interior of the hat is unlined and there is no label.
