- Description
- A pillbox hat made from orange wool felt. Stitched to the front of the hat are two decorative bows made from the same orange wool felt material. The bows are vertically stakced, with decorative slashes cut into the left side of the top bow and the right side of the bottom bow. A veil made from orange net is draped over the crown and extends past the back of the hat. The interior of the hat is unlined with an orange Petersham ribbon at the interior brim. A yellow and blue fabric tag stitched to the interior center back reads "New York Creation. 21 ½ JE. 103943. MFD Under Fair Labor Standards. Consumers Protection." A stamped label in the center interior reads "Glenover. Made in U.S.A. 100% Wool Henry Pollak, Inc. Distributors. Fifth Ave. NY" in yellow ink.
