- Description
- A high crown hat made from woven cotton material with a geometric, multicolored pattern that resembles Kente cloth. The top and third layer of fabric features a repeat pattern of yellow, blue, orange, and green rectangular shapes, bisected by a diamond shape and thick vertical line in a contrasting color. The second row of the pattern features an alternating pattern of interlocking triangle forms. One triangle has alternating red and green vertical stripes while the other triangle has white and red vertical stripes. A large cream-colored circle of fabric forms the top of the crown with a rolled button of cream-colored fabric at its center. The hat is lined with blue plain weave fabric, which is whipstitched into place at the bottom edge of the hat with black cotton thread. There is no label.
