- Description
- A blue velvet skull cap with a veil. The hat is symmetrical with four cured points at the front and two at the back. The base of the hat is made of a stiff synthetic fabric. The exterior of the hat is covered with blue velveteen attached with adhesive. Blue nylon net is tacked with stitching at the front of the hat. Plastic rhinestones are adhered to the outside of the nylon net. The inside of the hat is lined with navy blue polyester faille that is attached with adhesive. Metal wire wrapped in paper is placed at the edges of the hat hidden by the navy velvet.
