The proper right panel has a concealed button placket that covers seven round plastic pearlized button closures with two additional buttons on the bottom of the shirt. The proper left panel has the corresponding seven buttonholes. Each sleeve is made from one piece, seamed at the inside and features folded over cuffs with slot for cufflinks.
