- Description
- A cream denim hooded jumpsuit by Douglas Owens Gear. The oversized jumpsuit features a 16” denim hood made from two panels of denim fabric seamed together down the center front with a felled seam. Each side of the hood has dart running perpendicular to the center felled seam. The hood also has a 1.25” channel sewn along the edge with a white cotton cord fed through it.
- The front of the jumpsuit follows the construction of a standard jean jacket. There are two front yokes - one on each side - with three narrow triangular panels underneath. The narrow panels extend from just under the yokes and taper at the waistline and the middle narrow panel is a triangular pocket with a regular dress flap. The flap on the proper right-side pocket has a gray fabric label that has the Douglas Owens Gear brand label. The brand label features three circle outlines – inside the innermost red line circle is the word [GEAR] in red and yellow text. The second largest circle is black with equidistant rays. [Douglas] and [OWENS] in red and yellow text line the top and bottom of the circle. The jumpsuit features oversized armholes and partially closes down the center front with five metal snaps, leading to a 1.75" waist band channel with a cotton corded drawn through it. From the waist down, the jumpsuit closes with an 8” metal zipper and metal teeth. There is one deep pocket on each side of the waist of the jumpsuit.
- The back of the jumpsuit features one single back yoke which is sewn to three lower back panel pieces - one piece for the center back and two side pieces. There is 10.25” x 16.5” center back pocket below the waistline. A gray fabric label is machine sewn to the center of the pocket flap with the Douglas Owens Gear brand logo. Each pant leg is composed of two panels of cotton denim - one for the front and one for the back.
- The interior is unlined. All the seams are serged, and all the pockets are lined with cream colored cotton plain weave fabric. A black fabric label machine stitched to the inner center back reads [DOUGLAS OWENS] in red and yellow text.
