- Description
- A white petticoat with embroidery and a blue ribbon. Two panels of white tulle are gathered and sewn to an elastic waistband. At the bottom of the tulle, is a 1.5” wide inserted panel of white gauze that alternates between rectangular buttonhole-style cut outs and sheer columns with white floral embroidery. A light blue satin ribbon is wound through the buttonhole-style cut-out areas and ends with a double looped bow and center knot. One panel of light blue net is gathered and sewn to the white gauze panel. An allover meandering floral pattern with cream colored synthetic thread is machine stitched to the outermost layer. The hem is serged with an overlock machine stitch and the construction of the petticoat mirrors the front. And additional layer of light blue net lines the inside of the petticoat. All three layers are gathered and serged to each other at the proper left of the garment. There is no label.
