- Description
- Mahogany glazed twill cotton flare skirt designed by Arthur McGee. The high-waisted skirt is heavily pleated and gathered below the wide waist band creating a full ankle-length skirt. It closes at the proper left side with three (3) black flat hook-and-eyes. The glazed cotton has an iridescent and metallic quality. Only the waistband is lined. A white fabric label with black embroidered text is sewn at the interior proper left waist that reads "me and mcgee / by / arthur mcgee".
