- Description

She holds a young girl, smiling, in her lap. The young girl wears a lightly colored dress and looks to the baby on the lap of the woman on the right. The woman on the right, Martha Butler Sapp, wears a geometric patterned dress and a white, round earring in her proper left ear. The woman on the left is tickling the baby in the lap of the woman on the right. In the lower right corner is a small child, seated, looking away from the camera. The couch on which all five (5) are sitting is striped with dark and light stripes in a vertically oriented pattern. On the left side of the image is a brick wall.
