- Description
- Black and white image of a table covered in newspapers with various tools assisting with the birth of a child. On the left side of the table are two (2) sets of fabrics or cloths. In the middle column, on the lower row, are a small glass bottle, syringe, and enamel dish with a lid. On the top row, near the center are packages of cloths and swabs. On the right side of the table on both the top and bottom rows are dishes and a pot. The lower right dish is a bar of soap. The upper right dish sits on a pot. Along the top of the image, right of center is a sheer curtain with polka dotted. The remainder of the top of the image is in shadow. All of the tools rest on a light-colored towel.
