Description
Black and white image of several rows of women seated, all wearing midwife uniforms. In the foreground are two (2) women talking with one another. Both are wearing white aprons and white nurses' caps. The woman on the left holds a black purse in her lap and has a stylized flower brooch attached to her collar. The woman on the right wears a jeweled bracelet on her proper left wrist. Her dress is a striped pattern with three-quarter sleeves. On the left side of the image to the left of the front row of women, is another woman cropped out of the image. Behind the two (2) women are additional women chatting amongst themselves. All the women sit in front of tables that line cement block walls.
