- A one page document, legal-size, handwritten in black ink on lined paper. At top left is [Georgia / Lumpkin Co.] and the document begins at top right with "This contract and agreement made this 11th day of March 1867, between Daniel Weaver of said county, of the first part and James Crow, a freedman, aged 20 years, of the second part." It is signed at bottom right by Daniel Weaver and by James Crow (his mark).
