- Description
- This cabinet card has a photograph of an unidentified man who stands and gazes to his left. He wears a suit with a single-breasted coat, vest, trousers, and a striped necktie. A pocket square is tucked into the chest pocket of his coat and a watch fob is attached to his vest. Text printed on the bottom of the card mount reads "Rand. / 775 Chapel St., / New Haven." Printed on the reverse of the card is an engraving of a tall monument in a landscape setting with the text "Soldiers' Monument, East Rock Park." below the engraving.
