- Description
- This cabinet card has a photograph of an unidentified infant wearing a long christening gown with an embroidered hem. The infant is seated in a chair with velvet and fringed upholstery. Text printed along the bottom of the card mount reads "C Dunklee / Chapman St., / Greenfield, Mass." An engraved design on the reverse of the card features ribbons in front of floral bursts. Text on the ribbons reads "GET THE BEST / Dunklee's / PORTRAITS." Text at the lower right of the design reads "THE LARGEST WORK / IN / THE STATE / MADE AT OUR STUDIO. / GROUND FLOOR. / Greenfield, Mass. / DUPLICATES AT REDUCED RATES."
