- Description
- A US military European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign service medal awarded to Lorenzo A. DuFau, who served in the US Navy. The medal is round and depicts a group of soldiers disembarking from a large ship below the text "EUROPEAN / AFRICAN MIDDLE / EASTERN CAMPAIGN" on the front, with the reverse showing a standing American bald eagle with the text "UNITED / STATES OF / AMERICA / 1941 / 1945". The medal hangs on a metal loop from a ribbon of green, brown, white, black, red, and navy blue stripes. A locking pin back is adhered to the back of the ribbon.
