Description
A pamphlet written by Roscoe Proctor. The pamphlet has brown ink on yellowed paper. The front cover features the text: [Black Workers and the Class Struggle / Roscoe Proctor/ 45¢]. Beneath the text is a depiction of black steel workers and protesters holding signs demanding fair employment practices.
