- Description
- A cream and black velvet hat designed by Mae Reeves. The hat is made from cream and black velvet that has been scrunched up and sewn over with undulating lines of black sequins. Three (3) large stacked loops of black velvet ribbon are sewn at the proper left side. The interior is lined with black synthetic fabric. A cream fabric label with black printed text reading "Mae Reeves / OF / PHILADELPHIA" is adhered to the interior center back.
