A navy blue woven synthetic straw cloche with cream decorations designed by Mae Reeves. A large cluster of cream and light green faux flowers with pink plastic stamen is attached at each side of the hat. Triangular shaped cream paillettes with sequin centers and faux pearl bead edges are placed between the flower clusters across the front of the hat. Individual cream feathers with clear beads on the shafts of each feather extend out from the feather clusters, some covering the paillettes and others extending below the edge of the hat. The interior opening is trimmed in black grosgrain ribbon. A cream fabric tag with black printed text reading "Mae Reeves / OF / PHILADELPHIA" is adhered at the interior center back.
