Individual cream feathers with clear beads on the shafts of each feather extend out from the feather clusters, some covering the paillettes and others extending below the edge of the hat. The interior opening is trimmed in black grosgrain ribbon. A cream fabric tag with black printed text reading "Mae Reeves / OF / PHILADELPHIA" is adhered at the interior center back.
