The crown and bottom brim are made from cream faille, while the top of the brim and a strip used to tack the brim to the front crown are made from black faux patent leather. A thin bow made from the black plastic is sewn at the center front. A large pink faux rose with green leaves and stem is sewn to the front proper right side onto the brim where it is upturned.
