Description
Cream wool felt hat similar to a majorette style hat, with a tall crown and a short front bill designed by Mae Reeves. The bill of the hat is made from white plastic stiffener folder over and sewn to the interior. A cluster of cream fur with two short tails is sewn at the center front crown, with a white plastic and rhinestone buckle attached inside the fur. Cream grosgrain ribbon trims the interior opening. A fabric label with black printed text reading "Mae Reeves / OF / PHILADELPHIA" is adhered to the center back interior. Tan text reading "FINEST IMPORTED FURFELT" is stamped at the interior top crown.
