- Description
- A black and white photograph of Mae Reeves posing with an unidentified woman. Both women stand in 3/4 profile and face the camera. Reeves wears a dark dress with white gloves, clutch, and necklace. Her companion wears a white lace dress and dark colored shawl. The women are posed in front of a decorative gate placed in front of cut out paper pasted to a wall in the shape of a tree. Signs are painted on either side of the gate and behind Reeves a sign is visible reading [PARKWAY / BALLROOM]. Just below that is handwritten in black ink on the photo [CHICAGO / "1953"].
