A foldable rain hat made from clear plastic with a black plastic chin strap found in 2010.54.1ab from Mae's Millinery Shop. The strap fastens with two (2) metal snaps. White text with the name, motto, and address for Atlanta Life Insurance Company is printed in white on the chin strap.
