Description
A plastic flower and metal link vest from Mae's Millinery Shop. The vest is made of black plastic elements consisting of seven hollow circles molded together to make flowers. Each plastic element is connected by gold-toned metal links. The back of the vest is formed from a panel of six columns and six rows of the flowers and links. The arms are made from a looped strand of plastic beads strung together with black thread. The top edge of the vest is a row of the flowers joined by links, with one end having several links in a row with one flower at the end. The opposite end of the top edge has a row of the flowers with a gold-toned metal clasp at the end that fastens to the links at the other end around the wearer's neck.
