- Description
- A pink circular sewing basket with a flat lid that ties onto the basket with a long length of pink cord from Mae's Millinery Shop. The sides of the basket are made from woven cane. The bottom and lid are both made from wood. A small floral cluster in gold, cream, and green is painted onto the center of the interior bottom. A larger floral cluster is painted on the top of the lid. A pink plastic shelf with seven (7) pegs for holding spools is attached along one half of the interior of the basket. Two (2) additional pegs are missing, for nine (9) total pegs originally. A partial gold foil label with red text is adhered to the interior top edge of the basket above the spool shelf.
