A letter (a) to Frances Albrier from Harry Truman in which he explains that he is too busy to attend the MRA World Assembly of Nations at Mackinac Island, Michigan. The letter is laminated. Behind the letter and under the lamination is the envelope (b) the letter was sent in. The letter is typewritten on Truman's letterhead, with his signature in black ink.
