- This single page document is titled on one side as "a/c for supporting chargeable negroes." The other side contains three entries listing "chargeable negroes" belonging to Mrs. A.B. Rouzee and supported by A.R. for the years 1811 to 1813 and the amount given for each year. Both sides are handwritten in black ink.
