- Description
- An end table from the Rock Rest Tourist Home. The tall, wooden table has a medium, reddish brown finish, a square tabletop, a single drawer, turned legs, and an open shelf near the bottom. The tabletop is plain with a small, plain, white, rectangular adhesive label adhered to one corner. The smaller, square skirt below holds a small drawer with a single, plain, rounded brass tone drawer pull. The drawer is supported by a single bar of wood on the underside. The turned legs are squared at the top with rounded edges that form each corner of the skirt. They are similarly squared near the bottom where they attach to the square-shaped, plain, open shelf near the base. In between the squared elements, the turned legs feature rounded, tapered shapes and grooves. The underside of the open shelf is unvarnished.
